The Minimalist Guide To Health

Health is the one area of life where we all wish we had a manual! Information overload is part of our daily media and social diet so to help you cut through the overload, we have put together this minimalist guide to health.

Health is no longer about diet and exercise. The problems facing you every day (often unseen) are:


Exposure to radiation can result in acute radiation syndrome (ARS, or
radiation sickness). But where do we get radiation from? Did you know that in the user
guide (FAQ’s) for all smart phones, it states that the phone should not be held in close
proximity to you? The FCC (Federal Communications Commission USA) actually recommends that all laptops and home assistants (Alexa, Google home, etc) be no closer to the body than 20cm (SAR-
Specific Absorption Rate). Should the laptop be closer than this, it will increase the radiation
emission levels 100 fold.

Here are some common brands and their SAR as published in their user manuals.

“For body-worn operation, this phone has been tested and meets FCC RF exposure
guidelines when used with an accessory that contains no metal and that positions the
mobile device a minimum of 1.0 cm from the body.” Samsung Galaxy Note 3

“Body worn operation: Pixel complies with radio frequency specifications when used near
your ear or at a distance of 0.4 in (1.0 cm) from your body. Pixel XL complies with radio
frequency specifications when used near your ear or at a distance of 0.4 in (1.0 cm) from
your body. Ensure that the device accessories, such as a device case and device holster, are not composed of metal components. Keep the device away from your body to meet the distance requirement.” –Safety & regulatory information (Pixel & Pixel XL 2016)

“To reduce exposure to RF energy, use a hands free option, such as the built in
speakerphone, the supplied headphones, or other similar accessories. Carry iPhone at least 10mm away from your body to ensure exposure levels remain at or below the tested levels. Cases with metal parts may change the RF performance of the device, including its
compliance with RF exposure guidelines, in a manner that has not been tested or certified.”

“During testing, Apple Watch radios are set to their highest transmission levels and placed in positions that simulate use against the head, with 10mm separation, and on the wrist, with no separation. When placing Apple Watch near your face, keep at least 10mm of separation
to ensure exposure levels remain at or below the as-tested levels.” Apple Watch

Many of us using our phones hold it up to our ear. Doing this actually exceeds the safe
distance from the device. Placing your phone in your pocket also exceeds the safe distance
or SAR. The preceding examples were written before the release of 5G. 5G is a method of
micro-radiation. It actually is a frequency that makes the 2 oxygen molecules in the blood cells spin in a counter direction to the regular direction and causes the haemoglobin to uptake it therefore rendering the body oxygen deficient. Micro-radiation causes what is known as radiation sickness.

The initial signs and symptoms of treatable radiation sickness are usually nausea and
vomiting. The amount of time between exposure and when these symptoms develop is a
clue to how much radiation a person has absorbed. After the first round of signs and
symptoms, a person with radiation sickness may have a brief period with no apparent
illness, followed by the onset of new, more-serious symptoms. It may take hours to weeks
before any signs and symptoms begin. But with severe exposure (as in micro-radiation), signs and symptoms can begin minutes to days after exposure. Symptoms include:

  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Headache
  • Fever
  • Dizziness and disorientation
  • Weakness and fatigue
  • Hair loss
  • Bloody vomit and stools from internal bleeding
  • Infections
  • Low blood pressure

Stealth pathogens

Bacteria, fungi and viruses are what is known as stealth pathogens.
Stealth pathogens are exactly that! They are entities (organisms or cell structures) that
persist in their host and have strategies to evade the host’s immune system. They can
persist within cells and take up residence in the body’s systems and are implicated in
chronic diseases, allergies, pains, discomfort and worse- death. Exposure to any single virus can lead to problems for many years, the virus may sit dormant in the organs or systems of the body until the set of circumstances that allow it to reactivate and flourish.
Mould (mold)- Moulds cause bio-degradation of natural materials (just like the components of the body, cells, organ structures and organ, therefore, functions). Many diseases of living creatures can be caused by certain moulds and disease may also result from allergic
sensitivity to mould spore, from the growth of moulds within the body or from the effects of ingested or inhaled toxic compounds (myotoxins) produced by moulds.


In the current times we live in, toxicity comes from many sources. We breathe
toxins in, we eat them, we drink them, we absorb them through the skin, they are dropped
on us by drops of chemicals and acid rain and we inherit them. Yes, we inherit toxins while
in utero. In eras gone by, toxins were not as prevalent as today. In fact, just looking back to
viruses- one of the most common and yet undiagnosed viruses is EBV (Epstein Barr Virus).
EBV was once a friendly virus, in that it did not harm us like it does now. The use of toxic
heavy metals (through a number of sources) has encouraged the morphing of EBV and it
now feeds off of toxic heavy metals and becomes more virulent with them.


This is probably not a term you are going to hear often. Autotoxicity is when
systems of the body stores toxins as a precautionary measure and are stimulated to release them in order to function. The system of the body that is most likely to be involved in the process is the digestive system. Your colon is designed to store pathogens, waste, etc for
imminent removal from the body. If the colon is not supported with a clean diet, plenty of clean water, less stress, etc. it will release toxins in order to remain functioning.
